About the project:

“This short series depicts the relation between my mother and me, through photographing flowers or objects with floral prints. One day she told me her favorites were orchids, my grandmother was roses, so I decided to look for mine.
My mother’s flower shop shows a perspective of femininity and symbolism behind the objects. I emphasized the aesthetic and the visual in each image.”
