Eliana Morte is an Argentinian photographer based in Buenos Aires.
She started taking pictures when she was 14 in a very intuitive way – the colors always caught her attention and the camera was a way to perpetuate all those things that she liked to see.

“My photos are my visual diary. I like always to carry my camera with me. So, most of my work turns out to be my boyfriend, my friends, and the places I go through every day. At times, I’m interested in catching them in their privacy, but (in many others) I’m keen on seen how they put their characters in front of the lens. It is a new way of knowing them and getting to understand how they want to be seen. Lately I’ve been experimenting with black and white portraits, but I always return to color.”
